We really appreciated all the other services done for us (accepting deliveries, opening and closing curtains etc) when you cat sat for us in September and found the cats in fine form on our return. We also really like the letter left for us telling us how the cats had been in our absence: a lovely personal touch. We found you very professional as well as very personable to deal with. lovely holiday

Many thanks for everything

Hattie's sister died just before we went away. Under normal circumstances I would have worried about leaving Hattie (aged 18.5) alone for the first time in her life, but Helen made me feel totally at ease and reassured. Hattie was ill during our holiday and Helen reacted swiftly, calling the duty vet and taking her asap for treatment. She kept us informed and we returned to find a very happy, relaxed cat. It worked brilliantly!

Both B and N (7 month old Burmese kittens) were very happy and content when I got back and didn't seem at all worried that I'd been away. It worked brilliantly and I'll definitely be using Happy Cats again!

Relaxed Cats and Owners

A truly great service, I can only echo the other reviews. Helen took time to get to know our cats and us. We have two rescue cats each with totally differing personalities so Helen had a bit of challenge on her hands. Both were absolutely relaxed and content upon our return.
We will definitely be using Happycats again.

M (3 1/2 yrs old) is usually a shy cat, but she seemed to warm to Helen very quickly - which was reassuring when leaving a young, small cat for a week. Peace of mind

a fantastic job!

Helen did a fantastic job of looking after our cat, who had been unwell prior to our holiday. She made sure he took his medication and even called the vet with a query.
