Hattie's sister died just before we went away. Under normal circumstances I would have worried about leaving Hattie (aged 18.5) alone for the first time in her life, but Helen made me feel totally at ease and reassured. Hattie was ill during our holiday and Helen reacted swiftly, calling the duty vet and taking her asap for treatment. She kept us informed and we returned to find a very happy, relaxed cat. A truly great service, I can only echo the other reviews. Helen took time to get to know our cats and us. We have two rescue cats each with totally differing personalities so Helen had a bit of challenge on her hands. Both were absolutely relaxed and content upon our return.
